The purpose of this invitation for bid (IFB) is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to install non-scalable fencing for Clearfield City's Police parking lot located at Clearfield City Hall (55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT) Work of the Project shall include furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required to install the new fence. Clearfield City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal, in the best interests of the City. While it is the intent of the City to proceed with this solicitation, nothing herein shall obligate the City to enter into a contract. The City reserves the right to cancel this IFB in whole or in part at any time if it is in the best interest of the City. Questions may be submitted through Electronically until Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
