Provide nightly janitorial services Monday through Thursday in the main two office buildings and two restrooms in a third building The purpose of this proposal process is to enter into a contract with a qualified proposer to obtain janitorial services for the Granger-Hunter Improvement District (GHID). Provide nightly janitorial services Monday through Thursday in the main two office buildings and two restrooms in a third building. Vendors must supply all equipment, materials, cleaning products and training applicable to the Scope of Work. Hours of services will be between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Pricing must be firm, fixed and considered as "all inclusive" as per specifications listed for the term of one year.
