Renovation of a municipal facility in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of December 27, 2022, project was awarded to Kelley & Carpenter Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc., but awarded amount is not available. Bidders shall submit with their bid, a bid guaranty in the form of a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid as described in the contract documents. This is a State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rate Project. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities; to reject any and all bids or any portion of a bid; or to accept the bid of the lowest and best bidder as determined by the Board. Butler County reserves the right to award bids to multiple bidders. Bidders may receive bid awards for some but not all of the items on the specified list.
