Renovation of an educational facility in Marrero, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Full Replacement of the HVAC System at Higgins High School Sealed proposals shall be marked on the envelope cover, plainly and prominently with the following: a) bidder's name, address and telephone number b) State License Number of Contractor if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00 and c) the statement "Proposal for (project name and number)". Participation by minority and female-owned businesses, as well as businesses located in this Parish, is encouraged. The architect/engineer has classified this project as Commercial HVAC Construction. The Owner has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Full replacement of the HVAC System at Higgins High School and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
