The Clinton County Building & Zoning Department is requesting bids for the clean-up of the real property located at 6685 State Route 73 South, Wilmington, Ohio 45177. Clean-up of said property has been authorized under a Settlement Agreement in Clinton County Zoning Case CE2022-021, which requires the property to be brought into compliance with the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. Bidders are encouraged to look at the premises, but should not enter, nor should the owners or neighbors of contiguous properties be disturbed. Any such contact or disturbance may result in disqualification from award of the Contract. Photographs are attached. If interested, please provide a bid on the attached Bid Sheet for this project and the estimated time frame when the removal work may be completed. The bid should include the removal and disposition of all items being removed incompliance with all federal, state, and local laws as well as documentation of items being removed. The Clinton County Prosecutor's Office and Building & Zoning Department expressly disclaim any and all liability for items located on the Premises that may not have a valid title or that are in state of damage, disrepair, or other condition. Proof of Insurance is required. This project is for the removal and disposal of accumulations of non-hazardous, unwanted debris from real property located in Clinton County, Ohio and commonly known as 6685 State Route 73 South, Wilmington, Ohio 45177. The project includes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, travel time, dump fees and supplies needed for the removal and lawful disposal of JUNK AND BLIGHT to include appliances, household items, brush, rubbish, litter, garbage, junk, tires and other similar types of non-hazardous accumulations from the subject property. This contract does NOT include removal of items from inside of structures. The term of this Purchase Order Contract shall be for a period commencing October 12, 2022, or upon certification of the contract, whichever is later, and shall be effective through November 30, 2022. The County reserves the right to terminate the contract for cause or convenience.
