Reference Number 0000336413 WPS Window Balance Repair The Successful Bidder will be responsible for the completion of the following work scope items: Furnish and install up to 50 window balances as needed based on a recent survey. Furnish and install other window hardware repairs at the following locations Westerly Middle School 10 Sandy Hill Rd. Westerly R.I. 02891. Question Deadline 12/13/2023 Questions regarding this solicitation must be emailed and received by the Purchasing Agent at ecardillo@westerlyri.gov . The Successful Bidder agrees to perform the described Work in accordance with the following schedule: Approximate Work Start Date: January 8, 2024 Approximate Work Completion Date: February 26, 2024. Bid Price which exceed $50,000 must include a 5% Bid Bond and cost of Payment and Performance Bonds. The successful Bidder will be required to post a 100% Payment and Performance Bond . *The Town of Westerly/Westerly Schools reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town/School.
