Questions, if any, and responses will be posted on the Town of Westerly website at through webportal as an addendum to this solicitation Westerly Public Schools (WPS) is interested in upgrading our Ward Auditorium to help support our visual arts, chorus, band, and theatrical programs. WPS is in need for a complete overhaul of the existing lighting, curtains, and rigging infrastructure. WPS is seeking a rip and replace for the new rigging infrastructure to support new stage curtains and targeted rigging upgrades needed to support a new lighting system. 1. Replace all rigging components and curtain tracks, on stage. 2. Replace all curtains and downsize the number of curtains on the stage. 3. Install new LED RGB lighting system 4. Install new DMX control board for proper lighting control. 5. Distribute DMX signal throughout the auditorium and over stage. The Town of Westerly/Westerly Schools reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town/School.
