Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
*Addendum 1 has been published -- all addenda must be obtained from the owner** Improvements to the fall protection systems (i.e.: ladders, catwalks, platforms, and fall arrest systems) for two water tower facilities, Muirs Chapel Water Storage Tank and Winola Court Water Storage Tank. These water towers belong to the City of Greensboro, NC. Coating work will also be needed on the water towers. Muirs Chapel Water Storage Tank will require touchups of the existing coating that is damaged while installing the fall protection systems. Winola Court Water Storage Tank will require a full overcoat of the existing tank on the exterior, interior wet and spot coating repairs interior dry. All work will occur during the calendar year of 2023 in a sequence dictated by the City of Greensboro. All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with all referenced plans and specifications herein.
