VSECTION IV SCOPE OF WORK The successful vendor will provide Video Management System Upgrade & Maintenance for the Knox County Juvenile Service Center located at 3321 Division Street, Knoxville, TN 37919 and the Knox County Juvenile Court located at 3323 Division Street, Knoxville, TN 37919. Bidders may submit pricing based on the requirements detailed. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) outlines the scope of work and requirements that must be addressed by any Contractor submitting a response to this solicitation. The awarded Contractor will provide all of the materials and labor associated with the project. 4.1 BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The current system includes the following (numbers are approximate): Ten (10) Pelco Spectra III Domes Seventy-two (72) Pelco Cameras (ICS150 & ICS100) Nineteen (19) PMC14H Monitors Nine (9) Pelco KBD9760 Keypads One (1) Pelco CM9750 Controller Two (2) NVRs (Pelco Network VR DSSRV-060-US) Six (6) Encoders (Pelco ENC5416) Five (5) Pelco Power Supplies for Cameras One (1) IP Switch (Planet FGSD-910-HP) Additionally, there are cameras and camera equipment belonging to the Public Building Authority (PBA) on site, which are excluded from the upgrade and maintenance related to this solicitation. Knox County wants requests for additional information routed to Jay Garrison, CPPO, CPPB, Buyer, at 865.215.5767 or emailed to jay.garrison@knoxcounty.org. Vendors shall hold their price firm and subject to acceptance by Knox County for a period of ninety (90) business days from the date of the bid opening, unless otherwise indicated in their bid. Prospective bidders may submit questions concerning this solicitation until October 20, 2022 at 4:30 p.m Knox County reserves the right to reject any and all bids received as a result of this request and to waive any informality, technical defect or clerical error in any bid, as the interests of the County may require. Non-acceptance of any bid will be devoid of any criticism of the bid and of any implication that the bid is deficient in any manner. Non-acceptance of any bid shall be construed as meaning simply that the County does not deem the bid to be acceptable or that another bid was deemed to be more advantageous to Knox County for the particular goods/services proposed.
