1. Provide all materials, supervision, labor, equipment, and insurance to provide reports (data acquisition in the field, data compilation, and reporting of all and discrepancies found during the inspections) of non-contact, quantitative, thermal imaging of the City Electric Distribution System overhead and underground primary and secondary, primary and secondary poles, services, transformers, fuses, capacitors, regulators, streetlights, reclosures, fused cutouts, surge arrestors, and other related apparatus. 2. Provide all materials, supervision, labor, equipment, and insurance to provide thermal imaging reports on various motors and electric feed systems of the Citys Water System. We have 5 wells and two pumps stations (1 & 3) Pump Station 1 has 3 high service pumps Pump Station 3 has 2 high service pumps 3. Provide the City with complete updated maps displaying the discrepancies noted on the map. 4. Provide one color photograph of the thermal image along with a visual color photograph of the discrepancy with the location on the map. The report will also indicate the temperatures of the component in question as of a specific date and time as well as a reference component/temperature for comparison. The items will be prioritized so that those requiring immediate attention will be noted.
