Work to be covered by the bid shall include construction of new Classroom and Gymnasium Addition including Lobby, Restrooms, Storage Rooms, Locker Rooms, Concessions, Office, sitework and pavement, as well as associated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work described in the Construction Documents. Bid security payable to the Owner in the amount of 5% of the total Bid, shall be executed by the Bidder in the form of certified check, bank draft, or acceptable surety. 3. Successful bidders will be required to perform and provide criminal background checks on all contractors, subcontractors and their employees, agents, or assigns that will be employed on this project prior to commencement of work, at the Contractor's expense.
