Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The goal of this project is to: (a) extend the existing concrete ramp leading to the existing wetwell for approximately 22 feet; (b) extend the existing concrete containment walls leading to the existing wetwell for approximately 22 feet; and (c) construct a new concrete pad approximately 500 square feet in size with containment curbs located adjacent to the existing wetwell North Charleston Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and emailed to purchasing@ncsd.sc.gov. To be given consideration, such request must be received no later than 10:00 am, April 5, 2023. All such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be made in the form of written Addenda to the Specifications which, if issued, will be posted on the Purchasing website at www.ncsd.sc.gov/purchasing. Failure of any bidder to receive any such Addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such Bidder from any obligation under his Bid as submitted. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents.
