Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lafayette, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of RTD Route 228 Extension transit stops at four locations; the east and west sides of State Highway 42/95th Street north of Baseline Road, Forest Park Circle, and North Park Drive. See Plans for project location map. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to furnishing labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the following: Construction of four concrete bus pads, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, grading and earthwork, pavement patching, demolition, erosion and sediment control, and drainage pipe installation. General Requirements Contractors License Required Insurance Required Bid Bond 5 % Performance Bond 100 % Payment Bond 100 % Question Acceptance Deadline 10/13/2022 02:00 PM EDT Any questions received after this date and time will not be addressed. Bids will be received on a unit price and lump sum price basis as described in the Bidding Documents. Each Bid shall contain evidence of Bidder's qualification to do business in the state of Colorado or covenant to obtain such qualification. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The City of Lafayette assumes no responsibility for payment of any expenses incurred by any respondent to this Invitation to Bid. The City of Lafayette is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
