Public Road, City of Lafayette, Colorado 80026 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:Prior to December 31st, 2022 Post several building remodels at the City Hall in the City of Lafayette, we recognize that through the changing of walls, dividers, and some register locations, the balancing of our HVAC system is out of tune and now needs to be rebalanced across all floors. Rebalancing must include the understanding, adjustment, and cooperation of working with our Delta Controls based BAS and working with our vendor, Setpoint Systems to ensure the register settings, damper settings, fan flow settings, and programming settings must all align within that system.
