The City of North Richland Hills is accepting sealed bids from all interested parties for Demolition 5005 Cummings. Deadline for questions: Date: Monday, October 17, 2022 Time: 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time No oral explanation in regards to the meaning of the specifications will be made, and no oral instructions will be given after the pre-bid meeting and before the award of the contract. Requests from interested vendors for additional information or interpretation of the information included in the specifications should be directed in writing as a question related to this bid on Public Purchase and the question will be answered on Public Purchase. All addendums will also be posted to Public Purchase. It will be the vendor's responsibility to check all information related to this bid on Public Purchase before submitting a response. The City of North Richland Hills reserves the right to reject in part or in whole all bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City of North Richland Hills. All utilities are terminated and disconnected at the service taps, except for the sanitary sewer. Therefore, the Contractor must provide any necessary water and electrical required. 2. Contractor shall provide all the necessary services of removal and demolition of the structure to include all piers and footings to a minimal depth of two (2') foot below grade, sidewalks, patios, driveways, sheds including concrete foundation, landscape materials, (2) clothesline 't" pipe, and dead trees, by shed in the backyard, and bushes. Protect ALL trees, except dead tree to be included in the scope of work. 3. Upon awarding the contract, the Contractor shall coordinate with City Project Manager the proposed timeline and schedule for the Project. 4. All activity may be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM through 6:00 PM. Saturdays shall be at the discretion of Contractor with prior approval through the City Project Manager. Sunday activity is NOT permitted. 5. Contractor to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local codes, ordinances, and OSHA.
