Board of Public Works of the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, that sealed bids for: Brick Alley Reconstruction East/West: W Packard Ave, Kinsmoor Ave, S Wayne Ave, Indiana Ave RESOLUTION NUMBER 0667B The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Improve Brick Alley from Indiana Ave. to S. Wayne Ave. between Kinsmoor Ave. & W. Packard Ave., by removing and resetting the existing brick alley, reconstructing alley drive approaches, replacing castings, and restoration, alf in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST0667B as prepared by Transportation Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to tne City. he successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
