The Evansville Street Maintenance Department is building a new 74,400 square foot facility to be located on 1200 Stanley Avenue. The new facility will be approximately 160' x 465' pre-engineered metal building that will include offices, maintenance, operational space to support the Evansville Street Maintenance Department, Traffic Engineering Department, and City Maintenance Department. There will be an additional covered area for the relocated emulsion tank system, salt storage barn and the salt brine processing area. Site improvements will include modifications to the existing levee system, stormwater drainage and utility connections. B. This current bid letting is for Bid Group #3.
