Renovation of an educational facility in Collinsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for construction of HVAC & Lighting Replacement to the Locker Rooms at Fieldale-Collinsville Middle School and Laurel Park Middle School. The project is generally described as construction of the replacement of the HVAC and Lighting in the locker rooms The last day for questions will be October 18, 2022. A Bid Bond and Contract Security will be required of all bidders regardless of amount. Bidders shall be required to bind their bid for 60 days. The Invitation for Bid for the above project, including the drawings and specifications, containing the information necessary for bidding, may be obtained from Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates 250 W. Main St Charlottesville, VA 22902, Telephone 434 975 7262. The A/E's office is the only point where contract information will be disseminated. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bidding procedures.
