Renovation of an educational facility in Collinsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the Boiler and boiler room window replacement, Fieldale-Collinsville Middle School. The project is generally described as the boiler replacements and boiler room window replacement. A Bid Bond and Contract Security will be required of all bidders regardless of amount. Bidders shall be required to bind their bid for 30 days. The latest date for receipt by the Architect of bidders questions to be answered prior to receipt of bids will be Close of Business on March 18, 2022 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bidding procedures. The contract for the project shall be awarded on a lump sum basis of the Base Bid. Contractor registration in accordance with Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia is required.
