Site work for a water / sewer project in Millcreek, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
JVWCD'S 1028 E College St. Well needs repair to the well casing. During the most recent operation, this well produced filter pack gravel in the water stream. The pump is a 5-stage, 1800 rpm, vertical turbine pump operating with a 300 hp motor and delivering about 1700 gpm of water. The pump is set at approximately 400 feet and the total depth of the well is about 780 feet. The District desires to locate and repair the problem area that is producing gravel pack sand. SITE OF WORK: College Street well. 1028 E College St., Millcreek, UT 84117 All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Engineer for the project. It shall be understood, however, that no interpretations of the specifications will be made by telephone, nor will any or equal products be considered for approval prior to award of contract.
