Renovation of a municipal facility in Millcreek, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Millcreek is requesting proposals for the operation and management of a 65 feet tall, 5-lane outdoor climbing wall. The wall will be designed and constructed by Vertical Solutions and will be located on the northeast corner of new Millcreek City Hall, anticipated completion of construction in August 2023. Approximate location is 1330 E Chambers Ave (3205 South) in Millcreek, UT. The City is currently constructing a new city hall of approximately 75,000 square feet This project has been awarded to Vertical Solutions. The project is in the design stage and is set for construction and completion in August of 2023.
