Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Kisco, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Furnishing and/or installing of the following: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the installation of 8 inch class 54 DIP water main with pressure class 350 mechanical joint fittings and thrust blocks, fire hydrants, water service connections, 15" HDPE drain pipe, precast concrete structures and all applicable appurtenances including milling and resurfacing of existing roadway and replacing existing concrete curbs; clean and restore the site, all in accordance with the Contract Drawings and these Specifications. A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked "Contract 2022-12 - BID FOR LEONARD STREET WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT". The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
