The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the Central Business District Paver Brick Maintenance. The work generally includes the removal and resetting of existing brick pavers that have settled or heaved throughout the central business district. Replacement pavers of "Stockholm" style may be provided from the City stock for areas in which the existing brick pavers cannot be reused. Bid Bond 10% All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Shanel Gayle at gayles@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is FRIDAY OCTOBER 14, 2022 by 12:00 p.m. If required, a written response in the form of an addendum will be issued. No contact with the TED Department shall be made during the bid process. Questions asked after the deadline are not guaranteed a response. All work at all project locations under this contract shall have a completion date of December 20, 2022.
