Renovation of a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work generally includes removal, replacement and repair to grand pavilion and the covered bridge roof and roof deck. All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Shanel Gayle at GayleS@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is Friday, October 28, 2022, by 12:00 p.m. If required, a written response in the form of an addendum will be issued. No contact with the DEPARTMENT(S) shall be made during the bid process. Questions asked after the deadline are not guaranteed a response.
