Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Oakland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project as proposed consists of relocating approx. 500 feet of chain link ballfield fencing, and the addition of approximately 80 feet of new 8 ft high chain link fence. Existing score board will need to be relocated. Bids are for all labor and materials needed for the work described. Bid shall be in a separate, sealed envelope with the words "Fencing Bid" on the outside of the envelope. Bidders Name, Address, and Contractor's License, if applicable, shall be shown on the outside of the envelope. Venders must comply with all applicable licensing requirements. A ten percent (10%) Bid Bond must be provided at Bid; all the provisions of Public Bids with the Town of Oakland also apply. No bid will be received or accepted after the above specified time. Such bids will be deemed invalid and returned to bidders unopened. The Town of Oakland reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
