The Consultant shall provide the necessary professional, technical, and engineering services to include but not limited to: roofing systems assessments, design services for new construction, replacement of existing roofing systems, repair and/or maintenance plans for new or existing roofing systems, demolition of existing roofing systems, capital plan estimates, asset conditions and other assessments for all types of existing roofing systems, permit assistance, evaluation of existing fall protection systems, as well as the design of improvements to existing fall protection systems as necessary. Question Cut-off Date: Oct 25, 2022, 12:30:00 AM The PORT invites written proposals from qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing Roofing Inspection and Design Support services. The PORT intends on issuing two (2) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of any Agreement resulting from this solicitation is expected to be five (5) years, with a five (5) year ordering period. WMBE Goal 15 Percent The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
