City Engineering Services The City of Grants Pass (City) is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for the purpose of selecting an engineering consultant (Consultant) to provide City Engineering Professional Services. The City's selection will be conducted using the Qualification Based Selection (QBS) process. Selection will be an evaluation of the SOQs submitted in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). At the City's discretion, a select number of consultants may be invited to make oral presentations to the selection team. Notice of the Consultants selected for oral presentation (if any) will be provided to all Consultants who submitted a SOQ. For information regarding this RFQ, contact the City of Grants Pass Public Works Department at 101 N.W. "A" Street by calling Wade Elliott at 541.450.6114 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
