Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Central Point, Oregon. Working plans call for the construction of a 131,370-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
As of March 15, 2024, per owner they are through design development and have a General contractor/Construction Manager on boar. They are awaiting the next round of cost estimates before deciding next steps. The Jackson County Facility Maintenance Department is seeking a qualified party to provide architectural services, construction administration and design services for the construction of a Community Centre located at 1 Preminger Road, Central Point, Oregon, 97502. All proposals are subject to the requirements of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) Chapters 670,671 and 672, and the ordinances, rules and regulations of Jackson County. Each proposal must contain a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident bidder as defined by ORS 279A.120. Total building cost: $60,668,000 - $61,658,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
