Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Appomattox, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Appomattox is soliciting sealed bids for the seal coating of four (4) parking lots and (1) driveway. The lots are the Public Library (157 Main Street), the Town's Municipal Building (210 Linden Street), the Public Works Department (1799 Church Street) and the Visitor's Center (214 Main Street). The driveway is at the Water Reclamation Facility (216 Ethel Street). Bid proposals shall include line re-striping of the lots/drive once the seal coating process is completed. The lots shall be striped exactly as before the seal coating was applied, including all lines and handicap markings. Contractors shall be responsible for measuring the lots/drive as part of their bid preparation. Bids for each individual lot/drive shall be included separately. Bids shall be presented in a sealed envelope and marked "BID FOR SEAL COATING PARKING LOTS/DRIVE
