Renovation of an industrial development in Dayton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
The Industrial Development Board of the City of Dayton is accepting sealed bids for Concrete Work at one of our Industrial Buildings. The outside of the envelope should be marked "BID ON CONCRETE." All interested bidders are welcome to bid. The Industrial Development Board of the City of Dayton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Contractor will provide City of Dayton with a Certificate of Insurance with liability insurance, workers compensation insurance and demolition insurance holding the City of Dayton harmless from any damages that may arise out of the performances in the amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate. The City of Dayton should also be listed on the Certificate of Insurance as Certificate Holder. Form and pour concrete for dock area at above referenced site: A. 15 x 120 driveway B. 18 x 22 area around drain C. 15 x 10 wing D. 20 x 10 wing E. 20 x 38 front entrance F. 2- 4 x 4 landings for trailers G. 68 to 70 yards of concrete @ 6" thick of 4,000 psi H. 2 - 4 x 4 pieces of 1\4 to 3/8 steel plate imbedded in concrete for landing for trailers I. Wire mesh for all concrete
