Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Supply and install new motor control centers. Coordinate MCC installation with ongoing Boiler Replacement Project. .2 Re-feed motor loads from new MCC include all cable, conduit, hangers, fasteners and required accessories. .3 Supply and install new Building Management System in accordance with the Mechanical design. .4 Supply and install mechanical and control equipment required to facilitate BMS replacement. .5 Supply and install all control wiring required to facilitate the BMS installation. .6 Provide safe removal and disposal of existing MCCs. .7 Provide asbestos abatement services as required to facilitate the mechanical installation. .8 Coordinate facility shutdowns as required to perform the work. .9 All other items identified in the Contract documents
