Renovation of an educational facility in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work includes remodel and build-out of the Media Center, corridor renovations, toilet room renovations, selective ceiling & lighting replacement and associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades. Work is scheduled to begin June 2023 and complete August 2023. Please direct all inquiries to the construction manager. The Bid Package # and Project Name must be clearly marked on the envelope. F. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. G. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. H. Addendum #1-#7 have been issued as of 11-21-2022.
