The Project consists of all labor and materials for the removal of the existing secondary water connections and installing Owner-supplied meter, meter box, and radio with the rest of the supplies Contractor-supplied. Approximately 1,604 meters will be installed. Also included in the project is excavation, proper disposal of removed materials, imported backfill material, compaction, miscellaneous fittings to connect to existing piping, all associated appurtenances, and surface restoration. Completion of the project shall be substantially completed by December 15, 2023; final completion- December 30, 2023. Owner will not have any obligation to grant such access if doing so is not practical because of existing operations, security or safety concerns, or restraints on Owners authority regarding the Site.
