DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Replacement of the existing Pipe Tunnel Entry with a precast structure integrated into the tunnel system and Site renovations including, demolition of existing tunnel components, removal of existing access building, patching of tunnel wall, and infill of existing access building partial removal of abandoned piping, steam equipment & components, new Pre-cast entrance building including necessary structural revisions, doors, hardware, concrete, painting, water proofing, specialties, site excavation and backfill, tunnel renovations and minor plumbing and electrical renovations as indicated on drawings. All site excavation shall be performed by "VAC" Truck System per specifications.
