Demolition and site work for a residential development in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
All work shall be completed no later than 20 days after receipt of purchase order. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $100/day for each day that the work remains incomplete beyond the time limits as specified herein. The Bidder must return the Quote Form without detaching any sheets from it. Quotes must be submitted to the City of Jackson at the location on the cover of this document, before the date and time indicated as the deadline. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure their Quote is received by the Purchasing Department prior to the Quote Due/Opening Date and Time deadline regardless of delays resulting from postal handling or for any other reason. Quotes will be accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday up to the Quote Due/Opening Date and Time except for holidays observed by the City. The Purchasing Department time stamp shall be the official time of receipt of the Quote It is the Bidder's responsibility to periodically check the City's throught electronically Quotes until the posted Quote Deadline to obtain any issued addenda.
