2023 Bulk Material Bids The City of Fayetteville is accepting bidsfrom properly licensed professionalsto bid on the annual bulk material bidslisted below. Any questions concerning the bidding process should be addressed to Amanda Beilfuss, City of Fayetteville Sr. Purchasing Agent, at abeilfuss@fayetteville-ar.gov or by calling (479)575-8220. The City of Fayetteville shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected bids, or for failure of proposer's technical equipment. Each bid noted as a construction bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check from a bank located in the State of Arkansas or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond is required for any single project exceeding $50,000. All construction bids require a valid current license issued by the State of Arkansas Contractor's License Board. Bidders shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the Project is located Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated22-9-203 The City of Fayetteville encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, City of Fayetteville encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises.
