Demolition of the existing middle school. This package is for all scopes of work except Earthwork and Site Utilities which bid on a separate date. Demolition will require coordination with local utility providers to ensure portions of work are performed per required guidelines including utilizing an approved Contractor if necessary. o Provide and coordinate kill permits / and documentation as required from utility companies and municipality. 3. Storm lines and sanitary lines, and domestic water line including but not limited to, connection to existing lines, piping and all associated appurtenances and structures for a complete system. Piping to be extended within 5'-0" of building structure unless otherwise noted. o Provide all perforated storm lines on C600 at track and field. Include engineered backfill, fabric, etc. 4. Storm tie-ins including, but not limited to, roof drains, BMPs and subdrainage. Actual connections, including necessary materials, by this Contractor 5. Provide and install all public water distribution and fire protection line piping, including but not limited to, connections to existing lines, piping, and all associated appurtenances for a complete system. a) Bring fire line into building and stubbed up 2' above SOG to the flange. Flange is to be installed by this Contractor. Fire Suppression Contractor will take it from the flange. b) Include all water/flow meters, backflow preventers, hydrants, testing, tees, valves, sleeves, blocks, air release, encasements, embedment, bedding, etc. for a complete installation. c) Include all connections, tap fees, permits, etc. as necessary and required. d) Provide all water distribution piping as shown on C600 at track and field including main water loop line as shown on TF102 Note 1. 6. Provide pool drain manhole per Pool Mechanical Drawings. Discharge piping from the manhole to be by this Contractor.
