This project is federally assisted, therefore, bidders are to comply with the Section 3, Compliance HUD Act of 1968; labor Standards Provision of the Davis-Bacon Act; Contract Work Hours Standards Act; and Prevailing Wage determinations as issued by the United States Department of Labor. To receive consideration, bids must be in the hands of the authorized representative no later than the day and hour mentioned above. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of bids, without the consent of the Owner. Charter Oak Communities reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informality, or; to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
