Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Arroyo Grande, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,500-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; office development; and office development.
The project will consist of design and construction of a new 2 story Multi-Use Administration and Classroom Building. The project shall be submitted and approved thru the Division of State Architect and other applicable local and State Agencies as required. The Design Build Entity shall obtain all required permits prior beginning construction. Prior to the Construction of the project the District will relocate the Administrative Offices to a new location on campus. The District will relocate the main FACP, MDF and Fiber Connection, and the MPOE. The District will demolish the existing building and cap the existing utilities as required. The Design Build Entity will be responsible for the design and construction of the site and building. Written Questions Due from Respondents 4:00 PM, November 17, 2022 All Requests for Information (RFI's) regarding design concepts and contractual questions shall be submitted to Andy Stenson, Executive Director of Facilities, LMUSD (andy.stenson@lmusd.org) as noted in the RFP. The District budget for the design and construction of the Project is $6,500,000. The District reserves the right to change the Project cost or budget prior to contract award through addenda and after contract award in accordance with the design-build contract. The Project is estimated to be completed by January 1, 2025 The scope of work consists of designing and constructing the Project in accordance with District's standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
