Clarification Deadline 10/10/2022 2:00 Pm Residential weatherization of double-wide mobile home. R-30 Floor Insulation Road Barrier - Mobile Home Specific Ground Cover - 6 mil black (overlap 6 min) " Dryer Vent - Dampered cap -ridge pipe, clamp & support Insulate all pipes to specification R-3 Inc.H2O tank pipes Insulate all pipes off H2O tank only (min. 6 ln. ft.) 12 LF Crossover duct replacement - rigid metal w/vinyl faced Insulate existing ext. H2O tank access door w/R-11 & weather strip Block end runs & mastic. Seal all registers with mastic to ensure duct leakage is very minimal. Weather-strip wood doors, seal around breaker boxes and the interior marriage line. Crawl work: Seal the exterior marriage line and other major penetrations identified while doing prep work. If boots are exposed in the crawl, apply mastic to seal. Double wide. Inspect and Service, Heat Pump Replace existing with new bath fan: FV-05-11VK Panasonic Whisper Green Select (50/80/110 cfm ) - or equivalent DC Motor Variable speed continuous flow fan with booster switch Add Condensation Sensor to New Panasonic Whisper Green Select Fan Run New wire down to switch box for boost control only Extend existing fan thru attic & roof to dampered cap in metal vent pipe All project work shall be completed within 60 calendar day
