This swimming pool has an approximate dimension of 12m x 22.9m located in an enclosure of approximately 17.8m x 37.8m. The works to be carried out are mainly the demolition of the ceramic and the existing waterproofing, the correction of the concrete, plumbing and electrical work, the replacement and addition of mechanical equipment, the waterproofing of the swimming pool, ceramics, built-in furniture, new doors and windows, finishing work, a new stretched canvas ceiling, the transformation of the stands into a multipurpose room and the addition of a lifting platform nearby. Timeline Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is possible to work outside these periods with prior agreement. The project must be carried out between June 5 and December 9, 2023. However, no noise that may disturb the occupants of the building may be made between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. from August 21 to December 9, 2023.
