PROJECT SUMMARY The initial contract is for a period of one (1) firm year with two extension possibilities of one (1) year each. This extension is at the discretion of the CISSS Montérégie-Centre. The option to extend the contract or not must be communicated in writing to the SERVICE PROVIDER within thirty (30) days preceding the anniversary date. Mode of adjudication: Lowest price Duration of the contract: ONE (1) year firm Options: Two (2) options of one year each Bid guarantee: No bid guarantee Applicable agreements: ACCQO, ALEC, AECG Receipt and opening of tenders: Tenderers must obtain the documents transmitted through the SEAO. To be valid and considered, tenders must be sent to the file manager and received no later than the date and time indicated in the notice of call for tenders.
