Award amount is $1,999,843.75 ** Each bid must be submitted enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to the South River Borough Council, Borough of South River, Middlesex County, NJ and plainly marked on the outside Bid for 2023 South River Water Meters Replacement Project, including the name of the bidder and be delivered to the Borough Municipal Building, 48 Washington St., South River, NJ 08882 on, before, or at the day and time of the bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Affirmative Action). Bidders are required to submit a statement of ownership with their bid as required by P.L. 1977, c. 33 (Disclosure of Ownership). The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Borough of South River, Middlesex County, NJ, at the time and under the conditions stipulated. The Borough is not responsible for the loss or destruction of any bids mailed or delivered to the Borough Clerk prior to the time set for the bid opening.
