Site work for a water / sewer project in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of installation of approximately 8,500 linear feet of 12-inch and 4,100 linear feet of 8-inch waterlines, fittings, valves, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications. The project is within the Ardmore Industrial Airpark, located approximately 10 miles northeast of downtown Ardmore. Bids shall be made in accordance with this Invitation for Bids and the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids. Bid security in the form of a cashier s check, a certified check, or a Surety Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each Bidder. Bid security shall be made payable to the Ardmore Development Authority, 410 West Main Street, Ardmore, OK 73401, as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidder. Each successful bidder shall supply a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed in the State of Oklahoma in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price as part of his contract. The ADA reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous to the ADA, and to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of sixty (60) days after the bids are open.
