Construction for the Mainline Pumps for Crooks Meter Building Project. The Project is Located West of Crooks, Sd. Construction Will Be on Land Owned by Lewis & Clark. The Project Includes the Following Work: Add Two New 75hp Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pumps and Related Equipment in the Existing Crooks Meter Building Located at 25704 469th Avenue, Crooks, Sd. The Work Includes All Piping, Fittings, Pumps, Motors, Vfds, Meters, Gauges, Valves, and Appurtenances (Including but Not Limited to Isolation Valves, Combination Air Valves, Check Valves, Chemical Feed and Storage Systems and Telemetry & Control Systems, as Required). The Work Includes All Electrical and Mechanical Equipment and Systems, Including Generator Replacement. Site Work Includes, but is Not Limited to, Excavation, Fill, Grading, Site Topsoiling, Seeding and Restoration. Bid Alternate 1 (if Awarded) 3rd Pump, Vfd, Piping and Valves. Clean Up, Startup Services, and All Other Miscellaneous Work Required but Not Herein Mentioned but Inferred From the Construction Contract Documents. Funding for This Project Comes From a Variety of Sources, Including Grants From the Federal Government; Grants From the States of South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota; and Funds From Member Systems. Specifically, the Base Bid Will Be Paid Using Federal Bi-partisan Infrastructure Law (Bil) Funding. Bil Funding Requires Compliance With Buy America Domestic Procurement Preference and Davis-bacon Act Wage Requirements. The Bid Alternate Will Be Paid Using Funds From Member Systems.
