This Basis of Design (BOD) and associated drawings describe and define the HVAC/Mechanical systems proposed for the Racine Unified School District, Jerstad-Agerholm School Additions and Renovations. b. The purpose of these documents is to describe the design basis and the design intent in sufficient detail to serve as basis for the contract documents, which will be prepared by Mead & Hunt.
