PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Scope of Work for the Project consists of the following: Preconstruction services, including without limitation providing review of and input on design documents, value engineering, estimating, preliminary scheduling, and bidding to develop the Total Base Rent Construction to include but not limited to: Pad preparation, temporary wood foundation, sitework, utilities, electrical/lv, and misc. exterior and interior finishes for six (6) Owner furnished refurbished buildings to be used as interim housing. Sitewide modernization of existing buildings and interior spaces to include but not limited to re-roof; canopy dry-rot removal and replacement; HVAC replacement; window replacement; exterior paint; interior paint and flooring; underground utilities removal and replacement; hardcourt play area removal and replacement. Post-construction lease of the facilities License required: B - General Building Contractor Anticipated Construction Timeline: 5/2/2023 - 12/23/2024. Please refer to the RFP for anticipated schedule.
