Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Elkhart, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the following: BID #22-24: Lift Station 13 Replacement Project Summary: This public works project will include replacement of an existing lift station, sanitary sewer and force main installation, installation of a drive approach, road reconstruction, earthwork, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, demolition of the existing lift station and site restoration. A bid, proposal or quotation submitted by a trust (as defined in IC 30- 4-1-1(a) must identify each Beneficiary of the trust and each Settler empowered to revoke or modify the trust. Bids must be submitted on State Board of Accounts 2013 REVISED BID FORM 96. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Indiana, payable without condition to the City of Elkhart, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by bidder and surety company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. Any deviation from the bid documents must be explained by bidder. The Board will award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities, and to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
