Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Elkhart, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Elkhart, Indiana through its Board of Public Works will receive sealed bids for the following: BID #22-22: Nadel Avenue Groundwater Lift Station Improvements Project Summary: A new submersible groundwater lift station; approximately 10 LFT of 2-inch PVC force main; lift station piping and valves; connection to existing intake well; doghouse manhole; connection to existing gravity network; electrical; controls; mechanical; and site work; and all related dewatering, pavement, sidewalk, and curb repair and restoration. Any bid received after the Deadline, will be returned to the bidder unopened. After opening the bids, the Board will take all bids under advisement and refer them to City staff for review and tabulation Liquidated damages : Contractor under the terms of this Contract, an amount equal to two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each day
