Site work and paving for a road / highway in Galloway, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For Resurfacing of Jimmie Leeds Road (CR 561) Section 1 Major work items: "HMA Milling, more than 3" to 6", "Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64 Base Course" and "Hot Mix Asphalt, 12.5ME Surface Course" will be allowed in only one direction of travel of the County Roadway at a time, unless otherwise approved by the County Engineer. Traffic flow in the Southbound direction is to be maintained at all times utilizing lane shifts when necessary. Traffic in the Northbound direction may be detoured if necessary as per the traffic control plan or an alternating traffic scheme may be used. Each phase of work must be scheduled to complete HMA base paving prior to the end the work week. Bids shall be received online only through electronically No paper submission will be accepted Any questions concerning this specification must be submitted in writing through electronic bidding portal question section of the specific bid Questions must be submitted no later than October 24, 2022. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Every bidder must abide by the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act,. NJSA 34:11-56.27 et seq.
